Aftercare, Servicing & Maintenance

Synergy offer an after-care service following each of our projects and provide a similar servicing and maintenance role to other existing property owners. Each property has differing needs, dependent on age and construction of the building and the systems and equipment within the accommodation.

Using our knowledge of the building systems and manufacturer documentation provided at handover, we can plan and schedule a maintenance regime tailored to the building requirements.

If the property is new to us and doesn’t follow a project, we can start with a comprehensive review of any Operation & Maintenance documentation and carry out a detailed assessment of the property allowing us to formulate an asset register of services. We would propose to discuss your preferences and tailor the appropriate elements of our service to deliver a comprehensive and practical solution.

Our offering provides planned servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth running of properties. The visits can be timed around property owners activities and contribute to reducing the annual cost of property ownership and provide value for money for any additional works necessary.
