Synergy are acting as Project & Construction Manager on a commercial redevelopment scheme in Fleet Street, EC4. The historic Grade 2 Listed building adjacent to the St Dunstan-in-the-West Church is to be converted into CAT A+ office space whilst preserving the buildings ornate fabric. As part of the project Synergy are also carrying out external restoration works to facades and general envelope.
