Synergy are acting as Project Manager and Employers Agent on a commercial redevelopment scheme in Fleet Street EC4. The historic building adjacent to the Grade 1 St Dunstan-in-the West Church is to be converted into CAT A+ office space whilst preserving the buildings ornate fabric. As part of the project Synergy are also acting as Principal Contractor for the external restoration works to the Listed Building.
